Our story

The problem was never the marketing.

Growthifi started in 2019 as a performance marketing agency, scaling dozens of enterprise clients. The more custom work each account took on, the clearer the real problem got. It was rarely the campaigns. It was everything underneath them: tech stacks stitched together and barely holding, full-time hires each guarding their own corner of the system, and outsourced agencies and consultants with no skin in the game.

So we built the opposite. One system in place of a stitched-together stack. Senior operators who own the whole build, not a single corner of it. And a team on the hook for what actually gets produced, instead of billing by the hour and moving on.
